Meta 1 Coin - Asset Freeze Secured

According to 360 law, the asset freeze was upheld today. Thats odd as Dave the Douchebag Schmidt told us he and that moron Booby Dunlap had the 2 SEC lawyers on a perjury charge!

The 2 SEC lawyers that Dave was talking about were (1) Robert and (2) Nicole.

Jerzy has expressed a deep concern for the "Team Purple Folks" tugging at his PayPal account...

I hate to admit this but Jerzy is 100x smarter than Dunlap or Schmidt. He keeps in the shadows as best he can. The Meta 1 Coin scam was BEYOND bold. Putting out Youtube videos making insane claims, posting ludicrous claims on their websites, etc. Jerzy is smart enough to KEEP to the gray side of the law. Dunlap, and I mean this seriously, is a mental case. A narcissistic sociopath. He honestly thinks he is the smartest person not only in the room but on the planet and can beat the law ( even the Feds as does Dave) while Jerzy knows NOT to fu^k with them.

That may be because Jerzy has actually been prosecuted and spent time in a Canadian prison for fraud.
Jerzy is smart in that he learned how NOT to end up back in the grey bar hotel. So he spins bullshit stories to make the softhearted & gullible WANT to send him money. No questions asked ... no proof needed for those folks. Does not make him any less of a shyster though which is why after all these years we keep on trying to reach the gullible to NOT send him donations.
I have an inkling that Dave is gonna skate on the charges. He is slick like that. He will spin it in his favor like he did the theft of his war chest scandal. But I really hope I am incorrect in that and they nail his pompous ass to the wall.
I think Nicole will be offered house arrest because of the newborn though there are now prisons that accommodate new mothers. Ten bucks says she shows up in court wearing a real low cut blouse in the hopes that the judge is a boob man.
Now Robert... I really hope they throw the book at him to the fullest extent of the law. I expect the judge is not going to be amused by his sov cit bullshit from the looks of it so far. hehe

Purple - I agree he is 100% as much as sh^t bag as Dave and Robert. I was NOT trying to say he was any better of a person. I hope Jerzy gets the " Tommy Disomone " cornfield treatment someday. Jerzy is human garbage. I was merely pointing out he, unlike sociopaths Schmidt and Dunlap, has a SMART fear of the law. I want to see him in jail and perphaps Abe Froman needs to step up the efforts. 

My thoughts are the SEC is just the start. As Nick Giarmanno ( hopefully I spelled that correctly) pointed out, the odds are the FBI is also interested in Meta 1.  But also, with 4.4 million dollars funneled into these douchebags accounts ( 900k for Bowdler) lets not forget the IRS. I think this sh^tstorm has JUST started!

I would love to see Abe revisit Jerzy Scamkowski hehe. I know you were not saying Jerzy was a good guy. Jerzy understands all to well that he does not fit well with the life style that Bubba may want for him hahaha.

Jerzy is wily. Do not underestimate him. I have had a much harder time getting info on him as he is in Canada and it appears he moves frequently - renting rooms in various Calgary locations. But make not mistake. Abe Froman is after him. Check out the old Landa calls where I broke in ( they were NOT happy).

The Canadian gent that made the graphics for OOM on him sadly passed away last year. He was the guy that found out that Jerzy's address he was using was a drug store LOL!
I have a friend up there that has a cop in her family. She tried to get him to help but apparently even law enforcement has to jump through many hoops for info due to privacy rights of excons... which I think is ridiculous!
