Here is email sent to scammer Dave and attorney Snell. I am going to go out on a limb and bet Attorney Clay Snell is NOT amused by Dave's nonsense lies:

I had cc:ed his attorney on this email as I can find NO evidence of any fraud convictions of Trois - only the public record of the appeal. Hopefully Mr Trois attorney is aware his client was found guilty of fraud.The court records we see is that the case is under appeal and YOUR man, Robert Dunlap keeps failing to file properly
