A little humor for today :

One night four college kids stayed out late, partying and having a good time. They paid no mind to the test they had scheduled for the next day and didn’t study. In the morning, they hatched a plan to get out of taking their test. They covered themselves with grease and dirt and went to the Dean’s office. Once there, they said they had been to a wedding the previous night and on the way back they got a flat tire and had to push the car back to campus.

The Dean listened to their tale of woe and thought. He offered them a retest three days later. They thanked him and accepted his offer.hat time.

When the test day arrived, they went to the Dean. The Dean put them all in separate rooms for the test. They were fine with this since they had all studied hard. Then they saw the test. It had 2 questions.

2. The Right Place

A mother and a baby camel were lying around under a tree.

Then the baby camel asked, “Why do camels have humps?”

The Lesson: Skills and abilities are only useful if you are in the right place at the right time. Otherwise they go to waste.

LIVING IN THE PAST IS NOT A GOOD IDEA AND IT DOES NOTHING TO ENHANCE YOUR MINDSET NO MATTER HOW PAINFUL IT WAS.

THE DIVINE PLAN IS UNFOLDING RAPIDLY NOW, AND MANY CHANGES ARE ABOUT TO TAKE PLACE, OF THAT THERE IS LITTLE DOUBT. EVEN THE GURUS ARE AT PEAK WITH MANY A TALE OF PROSPERITY AROUND THE CORNER. MAYBE THERE IS. TIME WILL TELL BUT I TOO AM OF THE OPINION THAT WE ARE ALL HEADED TOWARDS A REMARKABLE PARADIGM SHIFT THAT WILL SPELL THE END OF THE DEEP SLATE AND PROVIDE OUR HUMANITY WITH THE TOOLS TO RESTORE OUR BLUE BALL BACK TO A PRISTINE STATE OF LONG AGO.

ALMOST ALL COUNTRIES NOW ARE IN A TACIT AGREEMENT IN RESPECT OF BASICS, AND THE DIVINE PLAN IS KICKING INTO HIGH GEAR. THE EXPECTED CHANGES ARE SHOWING THEMSELVES ALREADY AND THEY ARE ESCALATING IN FREQUENCY. As we all consciously sit back and accept the reality of a virtual world systematically being forged into our daily existence do we take the time to question the direction and end scenario that this virtual morphing will bring?

It is pretty well accepted that our world is and has been migrating to the digital world. This evolution of digital technologies is presented to the populations of the world as a means of making our world more efficient and proficient in cycling our daily needs, finances and business activities. But along with the obvious benefits of faster and more efficient processes comes the inevitable exposure to our personal data and information.

As our culture adapts to these new systems, security issues rise proportionally. The cyber security companies have been on a perpetual growth for decades now yet they cannot keep up with the growth of cyber infiltration. It’s become a sad reality for many that passwords, account numbers, healthcare data, and other pieces of personally identifiable information (PII) are left exposed as a result of targeted attacks, employee error, or outright negligence. It has now become not so much a matter of ‘if’ a breach will happen, but ‘when’ a breach will happen.

The number varies depending on the source, but essentially there were between 5 and 6 billion PII’s hacked in 2018 and that number is expected to climb in 2019. So as our world adapts to these supposed “new, more efficient systems”,in reality, what are we giving up? In particular, should we see the influx of capital, via the GCR/RV, into our “new financial networks” the potential for targeted assaults on our PII’s seems to be escalating exponentially with the introduction and use of these systems.

The days of gating your property, locking your doors, putting your valuables in a hidden safe all to protect yourself, your loved ones and possessions has taken on a new paradigm. Our false sense of security implemented by these developments must be considered.

Cyber systems are all a question of code writing that ultimately breaks down to a mathematical equation. There are those criminally- minded people who constantly are searching for ways to hack or infiltrate security systems, if for no other reason just, to gain the accolades that they did it. Kind of like the guy who climbs a mountain. “Why did you climb the mountain?” Answer, “Because it was there”.

The bigger concern falls on the top of the financial food chain and their abilities to safeguard the ever changing financial systems. There is something to be said about “hard copies”. Lock it up and put a gun at the door (metaphorically speaking).

In addition to the ever looming security risk involved with cyber activities there is also the lack of empathy associated with digits and data collectives that are inherent in a computerized world. Technology definitely has its place and function in today’s environment, but only in those sectors where human error is prevalent or the cause of a system failure. Not in sectors where decisions that affect the human condition or behavior have to be made.

When we become strictly a number or a data field that decisions and governmental policies are structured from, the human element is not a considered factor. Decisions not tempered by compassion, empathy and reason can lead men and women into a moral void. We risk expanding an already prevalent moral void in our culture. Moral growth corresponds with people’s ability to see the world from an ever-increasing number of perspectives and act accordingly.

I, for one, miss the old days of human connectivity. Where decisions and problems were sorted out by individuals coming together to share ideas and points of view, rather than algorithms and data collectives making decisions for me. Where think tanks and community involvement were the norm. You got to meet your community face to face and feel the emotional impact of those being effected by decisions being made. We live in a world where decisions are made and we don't see the ramifications of what our decisions do to others, because we don't live with them. It would be a whole lot harder for an investment banker to rip off people with subprime mortgages if he actually had to live with the people he was ripping off. If we could see each other's pain and empathize with one another, it would never be worth it to us to commit to bad decisions made in the first place.

If we are to love our neighbors, before doing anything else, we must see our neighbors. Technology can’t do that. Any person filled with empathy is capable of gaining valuable insights on the human condition through the suffering of others. Technology can’t do that. You do not need to suffer to know suffering, but you need empathy first to identify and feel the suffering of others around you and technology can’t do that.

Understanding people’s difficulties and helping people understand their own difficulties by teaching them concrete ways to help themselves will help them better deal with their own lives and, in turn, your own. Sooner or later in life, we will all take our own turn being in the position we once saw someone else in. Only the human element can digest empathy. Empathy is the ability that allows us to be useful creatures on this planet, without empathy, we are a waste of oxygen in this world and become lower than animals. It is this ability that allows us the perception of things around us and outside of ourselves. Remember a system without empathy is limited in its efficiency for it lacks insight into the human condition.

Real change starts at the community level. Surround yourself with leaders, dreamers and doers. Surround yourself with people who have strong values, moral ethics, a high work ethic and who take leadership and people’s issues seriously. Avoid people who show characteristics of dishonesty, misconduct, manipulation and deceit. A higher intelligence that lacks basic morals and empathy, at its core, is nothing but a menace to society. Research security measures to safeguard your investments and place your faith and decisions in yourself and other human input, not non-empathic artificial intelligence.
