Millions of people see life as a dream, and sometimes we're
all tempted to believe it. However, as a Christian, I believe we
must resist the temptation because it takes us to the erroneous
conclusion that life has no more meaning than a fleeting dream.
Ultimately, that assumption maneuvers us into acceptance of
the proposition that our life is of little consequence.

Jesus' teaching is redolent with the aroma of life as a holy Idea--
an attribute and creative expression of the Creator-Sustainer.
So, life is more than aimless animation: it's Life. It's God Al-
mighty--Spirit--manifesting. Therefore the life in me and in
you is holy energy and light in meaningful, purposeful interac-
tion.

The Source of Life is so large, and the roots of Life are so long
we hardly ever can trace the causality of how seven billion souls
got to this point. But, because it's deeply puzzling, and because
we can't understand and explain Life's connection with us, is no
reason to dismiss it as a disposable fantasy.

I think it's accurate...and fair...to say that most people live on
the surface of life. They are caught up in thrills and things, en-
meshed in superficial activities, trapped in Ego, and driven by
fear, greed, and sense satisfactions. So, I would have to agree
that life, lived on this level of minimal awareness, is pure illus-
ion--not because Life is illusory, but because of the beholder's
lack of insight and realization.

The more our minds can hold of self-knowledge, the more we
appreciate God, and the closer our bond with the Source that
is the Force for good. The more goodness we can behold, and
give and receive, the more the Earth dimension takes on the
Heavenly. And that means something. It did to Jesus. And if
we do what He taught about living, loving, and forgiving from
a Divine Core of Goodness, the more meaning Life eternally
reveals.

Dust thou art, to dust returnest,
Was not spoken of the soul."

There have been inaccurate perceptions of events, systems and laws which have led to misunderstanding of the relevance of these actions with concerns to the imminent RV/GCR and the economic capital influx it will generate. IE: FATCA Laws, The Paris Accords, H.R. 5404, certain executive orders, how exchange rates are currently determined, banking laws, money movement scenarios utilizing new I.T. Technologies.

Let us turn our attention to international circumstances, structures, and developments such as the A.I.I.B, B.R.I.C.S. Bank, C.I.P.S., R.P.S. While these actions are a good response and counter measure to the strangle hold imposed by the Rothschild banking network, they have yet to be globally recognized and are restricted to particular sectors and financial functions therefore, they are not to be considered as a critical component of the GRC/RV.

A.I.I.B.( Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank)
The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), is a multilateral development bank with a mission to improve social and economic outcomes in Asia and beyond. Headquartered in Beijing, it began operations in January 2016 and have now grown to 87 approved member nations from around the world. By investing in sustainable infrastructure and other productive sectors.

BRICS bank. (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa)
The BRICS bank is yet another development by member nations designed to be a viable alternative to the inequalities of the “payment to balance” contribution protocols of the IMF established in the Bretton Woods Conference. Whose financial base is to be used to finance infrastructure and “sustainable development” projects.

Cross Border Inter-Bank Payment System (C.I.P.S.)
Often referred to as the Chinese International Payment System or the Cross Border International Payment System, the CIPS system is often misconceived regarding its function and utilization capabilities . It is on the global financial scene as an alternative to the current S.W.I.F.T. international payment system (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication ). The CIPS function is for cross-border yuan trade deals rather than including capital-related transactions as well as to promote the global use of the Chinese currency. However, it is not a cure-all for capital movements in most all Western Banking practice. Maybe one day but not today.

Russian Payment System (RPS)
Relatively new and in response to past and current sanctions restricting cross border payments for international payments and trade, Russia has imposed its own form of international payment that for the most part will mimic the Chinese’s CIPS and be utilized to make payment to those doing business with the Russian Federation bypassing the Fed controlled SWIFT System .

Blockchain Technology
Consider the basic principle of blockchain technology. For easier understanding, analyze and compare a standard computer network, which has a server and an administrator. They are the center of the entire system and have the right to any action, including the modification of the stored data. The working capacity of this network entirely depends on the server and the administrator. The blockchain is a decentralized network in which each participant is equal. In addition, it is not possible to change the data that already exist.. Take the example of a server: it can be hacked and stolen or the data could be changed. If the blockchain technology is used, the lack of a single center will protect information from being hacked.

If you consider the business process, the blockchain favorably stands out for its reliability. Whereas documents can be faked or backdated, The blockchain technology excludes this risk.A system in which each participant is equal is much more reliable from the technical point of view. In a standard network, the failure of the server or an important node can completely stop the work for a long time. With equal participants, this is physically impossible.

Exchange Rates
Exchange rates fluctuate due to one major factor: global demand and supply. The more in-demand a particular currency is, the more its value will increase. Factors that affect demand and supply of currency include governments and businesses trading internationally, countries’ political and economic stability, travel and tourism, trading of currencies on the stock market and even natural disasters.

Exchange rates are also influenced by country's rules and actions that govern their currency, known as their fiscal policy. Interest rates play a large role in exchange rate fluctuation. Favorable interest rate movements will drive demand for a particular currency – driving up its value.

Banks influence exchange rates and trading institutions and the volume of currency they are buying and selling at any given time. Currencies are traded (bought and sold) daily around the world. One currency can be purchased by another currency through banking institutions or on the open market. The volumes of currencies traded are increased and decreased depending on the attractiveness of any particular currency, which depends on a multitude of factors such as political stability, economic strength, government debt and fiscal policy among others.

Government central banks also have the ability to set a currency at a constant price through a method called pegging, which essentially tethers the value of one currency to another. The value (or price) of a currency is determined by its traded volume. If a currency is competitively priced, traders will buy the currency, essentially driving up its value. If a currency is not competitively priced, traders may avoid buying, or even sell it, essentially driving down its value.

I know you have been around a long time and gained a lot of respect from some other old-timers, but please understand that all any newcomer has witnessed of you are long, complicated tales that invariably culminate in asking for money.

SO IT IS PRETTY EASY TO EXTRAPOLATE MOST THINGS BUT THE REAL DETAILS OF WHAT IS HAPPENING BEHIND THE SCENES NEVER SEEMS TO SURFACE AND I THINK THAT IS FOR THE BEST MYSELF. TALKING ABOUT DETAIL ALMOST IN REAL TIME CAN JEOPARDIZE THINGS, AND DELAYS WOULD RESULT. COMMON SENSE.

SO WE NOW KNOW THAT THE INEVITABILITY OF THE RELEASES IS REAL AND FORTHCOMING AND THE LONG AWAITED PROJECT START IS ABOUT TO BEGIN. I FIGURE TECHNOLOGICAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL UNDERSTANDINGS WILL PROLIFERATE AS WE MOVE FORWARD AS THAT MAKES THE MOST SENSE AS TO WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ALL THIS. WITH THIS KIND OF MINDSET THERE WILL BE A SURGE OF OPPORTUNITIES THAT WILL JUST GROW. THERE IS MUCH FUN DOING WHAT YOU LOVE OR WOULD LOVE TO DO.

NOW THERE ARE SOME FRICTIONS TO EXPECT AT FIRST. THE OLD PARADIGM IS A FINISHED BUSINESS MODEL THAT IS BEING WOUND DOWN IN FAVOR OF THE NEW BUSINESS MODEL FOR THIS PLANET, AND THAT IS THE PARADIGM SHIFT IN ECONOMIES. THE CABAL SIDE HAS RUN THIS BUSINESS MODEL FOR CENTURIES AND WITH IT BEING REPLACED, IT FIGHTS. THE RESISTANCE TO THE CHANGEOVER IS THERE OF COURSE, BUT SINCE THE CHANGE IS INEVITABLE, CONCESSIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN THE DE FACTO STANDARD OF OPERATIONS BEHIND THE SCENES FOR QUITE A WHILE.

WITH THE CLEANUP OF THE BANKING SYSTEM AND THE CHANGEOVER TO AN UNHACKABLE FINANCIAL MOVEMENT PROCESS, THE STAGE IS SET FOR THE BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT SIDE. THE MOVEMENT OF FUNDS IS CRITICAL TO THE SUCCESS OR FAILURE OF ANY GIVEN PROJECT. A PROJECT ABIDES BY A SCHEDULE SLAVED TO THE BUDGET AND DRAWDOWNS AT SPECIFIC MILESTONES. IF THE FUNDING DOES NOT ARRIVE IN TIME TO MEET PAYROLL OR MATERIAL COSTS, THEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. MOVEMENT OF MONEY IN A TIMELY MANNER IS ABSOLUTELY A MUST IF THE PROJECT IS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN ITS BUSINESS PLAN.

IN CONCERT WITH OUR SISTER ORGANIZATIONS AND MANY OTHERS, WE WILL GET THIS PROVISION INTENSIVE PROCESS GOING AND PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE TO A PROJECT. THERE WILL BE MANY VENUES FOR THIS SERVICE ALL OVER THE WORLD NOW.

BESIDES THE FIRST FOCUS OF CHILDREN, SENIORS AND WATER, ALL POLLUTION ISSUES WILL BE ADDRESSED AND MEASURES IMPLEMENTED TO RESOLVE THEM. THE MONEY IS THERE FOR THIS PURPOSE, AND I BELIEVE WE WILL SEE MULTI BILLION EFFORTS IN THIS SECTOR. IT WILL GET INTO THE TRILLION RANGE PRETTY QUICK I WOULD SAY.

WATER TECH ABOUNDS FOR CLEANUP, AND JUST NEEDS MONEY TO DO ITS JOB THERE. AIR IS A BIT TRICKY TO CLEAN UP, BUT WE DO KNOW OF A COMBINATION OF TECHNOLOGIES THAT WILL DO THE TRICK.

THE WASTE MANAGEMENT FROM CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGES IS A LOT OF TIMES VERY UNSAVORY. WE CAN HAVE RUNNING WATER EVERYWHERE IN THE MOST REMOTE OR DESERT CONDITIONS FROM THIS TECH WITH A REMEDIATION WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM THAT WILL DO THE JOB RIGHT.

REPLACING POLLUTING BUSINESS WITH CLEAN TECH TO PERFORM THE SAME FUNCTION WILL ONLY HELP EACH BUSINESS BECOME MORE EFFECTIVE AND PRODUCTIVE. THE CORPORATE PHILOSOPHY OF SHARING TECH BETWEEN SECTORS AND APPLICATIONS WILL PROVIDE A BANK OF SERVICES AVAILABLE TO EACH PROJECT. JOB CREATION IS THE SINGLE MOST INCISIVE METHOD OF GETTING RID OF POVERTY AND WAR TOO. SO THE POINT OF THESE RELEASES IS TO CREATE JOBS AND INDUSTRY THAT WILL HELP ALL OF US WAY INTO THE FUTURE, AND THAT IS AN IMPECCABLE DIRECTION IN MY HUMBLE OPINION.
