HI ALL,

WE ARE BACK ONLINE WITH EMAILS AND THE WEBSITES ARE MIGRATED AND BEING REDONE NOW, BUT THEY CAN BE SEEN ONLINE FOR NOW UNTIL THE NEW WEBSITES ARE UP.

ALTHOUGH THE RV IS LIVE TODAY (WENT ALMOST LIVE YESTERDAY BUT THAT WILL BE IN THE REGULAR REPORT LATER WHEN I HAVE MORE INFO), THE FUNDS MAY OR MAY NOT BE DISTRIBUTED TODAY ON THAT ONE.

OUR FUNDS ARE HUNG UP BECAUSE THE BANKING SYSTEM UPGRADE YESTERDAY DID NOT GO ONLINE AS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO, BUT LATEST INFO IS THAT WE EXPECT THEM TO BE RELEASED TODAY TO OUR PAYMASTER. IT IS AFTER THE WIRING CUT-OFF TIME SO IT WOULD BE TOMORROW THOUGH.

THIS HAS AGAIN TAKEN US BY SURPRISE AS WE FULLY EXPECTED THEM YESTERDAY OR LATEST TODAY.

WE ARE ONCE AGAIN STUCK BETWEEN A ROCK AND A VERY HARD PLACE UNTIL THEY ARRIVE AND NEED YOUR HELP IN ADDITION TO THE LAST SOS I PUT OUT DAYS AGO. THE FUNDS WENT TO ALL IN ABSOLUTE NEED FOR MEDICAL AND SHELTER AND FOOD, AND WE ARE OUT AGAIN. WE HAVE HALF A DOZEN PEOPLE ON THE STREET AGAIN WITH NO FOOD AND SOME NO SHELTER AND SOME ARE COLD AND WET.

I APOLOGIZE FOR ASKING AFTER I SAID IT WOULD BE THE LAST TIME,

FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME!!!!!
BUT THE BANKING ISSUES HAVE FORCED ME TO DO SO. WE WILL BE OK SHORTLY AS THE MAIN TRUST FUNDS ARE JUST ABOUT HERE AND WE ARE GEARED UP FOR THE WORK AND ALL STAFF IS ON STANDBY. THE SECOND FOUNDATION HAS ADVISED US OF INCOMING FUNDS FOR THE PROJECTS AS WELL TODAY AS SOON AS THE SYSTEM IS ONLINE AGAIN.

I THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEARING WITH US IN THESE TOUGH TIMES AS YOU ARE OUR SALVATION.

Zap is saying funds were hacked. If the new system is quantum encrypted then there should be no possible way that humans can hack it. This should be the funds are being misdirected by people that are supposed to be trusted to do what they are probably getting paid very well to do. Maybe the White Hats and Galactics feel that a menial task such as sitting at a computer and directing funds is beneath them but if cabal agents continue to bribe and threaten the people doing it they may have to if they want to see this done.

I have not heard from the St. Germain Fund project manager for awhile but they have been very receptive and helped me get a good project proposal together. I believe they are giving it serious consideration and fingers crossed hope to hear from them soon.
