Prime Minister of Kurdistan Nezhirvan Barzani, on Sunday, that the province is not satisfied with the method of voting on the federal budget.

Barzani told a news conference after a meeting of the prime minister that the Kurdistan government is not satisfied with the vote on the federal budget, in the absence of Kurds, noting that the adoption of the budget was in the absence of justice. Stressing that Baghdad bears responsibility for not applying the Iraqi constitution, noting that the share of the Kurds from the federal budget, which was approved yesterday is not enough to secure the salaries of employees of the Kurdistan Region.
Barzani stressed the need to put an end to the policy of the majority and the absent, and who is the strongest or who is the most numerous, indicating that we hope to reach a solution with Baghdad on the salaries of employees of the Kurdistan region, as well as the issue of ban on airports in Kurdistan. Pointing out that the imports we will receive will be distributed to employees, as well as some of the employees in Kirkuk ', adding that we suggested to Prime Minister Haider Abadi solve the problems of salaries and airports at least, and then resolve the rest of the problems after the elections.

Barzani said that we must be honest with the citizens of Kurdistan, what we reach in the talks with Baghdad, saying that a law must be passed in the parliament of Kurdistan from all the parliamentary blocs, and after consultation with the blocks, in order to set a date for the elections in the region.

Barzani wondered that 'America has said on more than one occasion that it wants a strong Iraqi government, do you see this policy correspond to what they recall in a stable and unified Iraq?'

He pointed out that 'the share allocated to the budget in Iraq does not secure the salaries of employees in the region, because Baghdad did not implement the promises that have long provided us during the previous period', warning that 'neglecting the rights of Kurds will lead to instability of Iraq'.

"We built Iraq on the basis of partnership in all its components, and we hoped to maintain the unity of Iraq after we decided to return in 2003, and Iraq is not the property of a particular party or sect, but all Iraqis.

He added that the Kirkuk fields are under the control of the Iraqi government, and we offered them a proposal to export through our pipelines, 'noting that' the Kurdistan government is committed to partnership with Baghdad, but the latter appears to be not committed to the agreements and the implementation of promises. '
