اعلن البنك المركزي العراقي" أنه قرر إعادة هيكلة العملة المحلية بهدف تطوير نظام المدفوعات في البلاد . Central Bank of Iraq, "he decided to restructure the local currency in order to develop the payment system in the country.
وقال مظهر محمد صالح" إن البنك المركزي العراقي قرر البدء بتنفيذ مشروع أستراتيجي طويل الامد يتخصص بإعادة هيكلة العملة المحلية لتطوير وتنمية نظام المدفوعات العراقية . وأضاف ان البنك المركزي سيقوم برفع مستوى العملة المحلية واستحداث عملات جديدة تصل مقاربة إلى 100دولار أميركي والتي من شانها ان تعالج الفجوة الاقتصادية في نظام المدفوعات المالية في البلاد. وتابع أن مشروع إعادة هيكلة العملة المحلية الذي بدأ العمل به تدريجياً بحاجة إلى دعم الحكومة والبرلمان لانه سينظم القدرة الشرائية مقارنة بالمدخولات الأقتصادية. this article has been out for a little bit however it has come out again (updated) and there is a word in there i have not seen them use yet which is a positive step. "execution"

Just looked at CBI website and don't see this.
