Removing zeros does not mean RV, and I don't know why people get enthusiastic about the removal of zeros. Nothing substantial has been provied to indicate an RV will take place, other then conjecture.

I have further concerns because of the profits to be made in selling dinar and of indications this will actually be a lop, not an RV.

No, This post will not be deleted because it "interferes with dinar sales". Posts are NEVER deleted and people are NEVER banned for giving information on this part of the forum. Mods have no vested interest in sales. We receive NO compensation for sales. As long as information is presented in a mature fashion, such as yours it stays. Did you call names no, did you spew garbage language no.... You presented your information intelligently, respectfully and with links. Deletion and banning occurs only with the info and members who are just plain ignorant in their presentations.

You all see an entire thread go to the basket and think it was because of the information presented. It isn't. It is usually basketed because of the other posts that follow that deviate fromt he information and go to the extreme of name calling, aggressive langauge, nasty innuendos.

Intelligent information and conversation is not removed from here unless the members turn it sideways.

But as for this post itself, it will stay. Now let's see what happens with the rest of the thread today.

This is something me and several others have been concerned about for some time now. You may get labeled a "neggie" along with the rest of us "Loppers" but the Mods won't delete a post just because they don't agree with the contents. If you will read back there are several threads that discuss these same concerns. Kaperoni said in a past post that he had evidence that a LOP would not occur but he seems to be more open to the idea now

Now may be a good time to discuss what seems to be a common misconception. Many seem to think that because they stop seeing a thread we have deleted it. At times we do move a post out of public view, usually because it is insulting or demeaning. Most times however, it disappears because people have simply stopped commenting upon it. It's still there, but it has dropped down the list and eventually to a different page. That's all ... as simple as it gets and conspiracy free!

No worry. No one will buy anymore Dinar. We learned and we don't believe in any of their BS anymore. We all know that most Gurus is receiving % kick back from the exchanger.

No we don't know that, and I would suggest that unless you can prove it, you do not say it.

How many warnings can a person get? Ever since he supposedly sold all his Dinar, he just just keeps coming back and talking trash. At least this stuff doesn't fly in chat.

I said one word last night about a 1 for 1 exchange, agreeing with another poster, and I was called into a private chat and told specifically that it won't be tolerated because Okie said so. This is what a chat mod said to me! There was no disrespect, no addressing anyone, I even said it was good for everybody to form their own opinion. You see the problem is the double standard. People are told "this is a family", we all are "christian brothers and sisters" but the truth is something far different. When Okie is telling mods that a 1 to 1 can't even be mentioned, the chat has changed from a place to exchange and discuss ideas to a propaganda machine. I don't know what the reason is but it's never good. At least in the forum, it's not that way.

Well we do try to give people the benefit of the doubt, or as they used to say in the old west, enough rope to hang themselves. And unfortunately, that type usually does. He pushed a little too hard and is now on vacation.

If for example a LOP or re-denomination occurred (changing the value), they would state the exchange rate between the new and old notes would be 1:1 meaning they now have the same value or a neutral event. But that is not the case. They are clearly stating 1:1000.

Kaperoni: This quote tells us more of the plan…that this event will encourage Iraqi’s to use the dinar, the investor to participate in the economy, but more importantly, it gives the CBI the tools to continue the “effectiveness” of the monetary policy and “control” inflation. Clearly, Shabibi’s policy has been effective and successful.

kaperoni: I will break this down into 3 parts…

kaperoni: This “lifting of the zeros” will have a “positive effect” and will end the problem with “dollarization”. That simply means the rate has to be over 1 to 1. Again, as mentioned above, it supports just over 1 to 1 (1.17 to $1). There is no arguing about a .10 cent rate. Or even a .25 cent rate. This statement tells you clearly, that just 10 days ago they told the Iraqi people, it will end the issue with dollarization.

kaperoni: The next part of that statement is also amazing…they are telling the Iraqi people this event (stage) will bring “prosperity” and “economic growth.”

kaperoni: You also see they mention the overall result will be the Iraqi economy, fix inflation issues, etc.

kaperoni: Very forthcoming, very direct...
