GREECE NOT HOLDING ANYTHING IN IRAQ UP PERIOD...

FOR THOSE WHOM DONT UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEING BROKE OR BEING OUT OF MONEY.

OUT OF OPERATIONAL MONEY IS IRAQ'S DESPERATION THEY ARE OUT OF OPERATIONAL CAPITAL ( CASH FLOW PROBLEM ) DOESNT MEAN THEY ARE BROKE WHEN IN FACT THEY ARE AND MAY BE THE RICHEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. ESPECIALLY FOR THEIR SIZE BUT THEY HAVE ASSETS TO BURN AND BELIEVE ME IN THEIR SITUATION TODAY THEY ARE BURNING MILLIONS A DAY WHILE TRYING TO COMPLETE ALL THE REQUIREMENTS THEY MUST MEET BEFORE THEY CAN GO GLOBAL.

WHEN THEY COMPLETE THEIR REQUIREMENT LAID OUT BY THE IMF, WORLD BANK, UNITED NATIONS I ASSURE YOU WE WILL IMMEDIATELY WILL SEE A RATE.

First the UN does not lay out monetary requirements, and the sanctions are long ago gone. Second, they are not a rich country, although they might be some day if they can ever defeat ISIL, get past the infighting, and pull together. Third, they are in no hurry to go "global", and even if they were, the IMF has clearly stated that they will not ascend to full membership before their next consultation in 2016. Nor does the World Bank either. Regardless, increasing the value of the dinar will not solve a cash flow problem, prices would adjust in country, and payments are sent and received in reserve currency i.e. USD. IT will all zero out.
