The concept that the Dong will revalue to equal 1 USD is awesome but with my current level of understanding I can't see it truly happening. I live in Vietnam and the smallest denomination is a 500 dong bill and it is worth 2 pennies. The next bill up is the 1000 vnd. Then 5000. Then 10000. Then after that 20k, 50k, and 100k. The biggest 2 bills are the 200k and 500k which are very common also to use. Considering a revaluation of 1 vnd = 1 USD seems ludicrous because that would mean the majority of Vietnamese people would be millionaires just with what they make each month. Could this be right? Who said this is happening and what is this concept backed up by?
