At least you didn't use the term "NIQD". NIQD, Zurich, and 1b are used by the folks selling those painted up foot lockers with SKR's from the airport storage facility.

You have seen, and have physical possession of the IQD's, right?

There is a rumor that the IQD supplies are low in the US. Contact some of the currency exchange dealers with your offer. CMIR's are required.

Egypt and Dubai are other places you might try to broker your IQD. They will require proper paperwork too. Or maybe not...

Unfortunately, we have them in loose only and kept on pallets, officially stamped by the customs. But with those De La Rue counting machines (De La Rue, UK, was contracted for the printed by the Iraqi Government) a verification takes time but is easy in the end. Our failure rate on the last deal with IQD 45b was just 10 %. The counting took 3 days with 2 shifts each and 6 machines.
