Terbo's 'spicy' {not hot spicy} Spanish Rice dish

Hey, Ponee, how about a 'spicy' {not hot spicy} Spanish Rice dish? It is very easy to make, and the prep time is 1 hour, give or take- Enough ground beef for all your family members, quarter of a green and red pepper, one small package of taco seasoning powder,one medium can of diced tomatoes, don't drain the juice out, add all to the rice immediately after cooking,two small stalks of celery,diced, two tablespoons of powdered minced onion, one half teaspoon of onion powder,one half of a small onion,diced, salt and pepper to taste, and enough minute rice for all your family-Cook rice as directed and remove from heat with cover on for at least 5 minutes- Cut and prepare veggies, dice them a quarter of an inch, put in small bowl, and set aside- Put all your spices in another small bowl, cook the meat on medium, or however you like to do it, and when almost cooked, stir in spices- Use remaining vegetables in the rice mixture, you can cook these, or eat them al-dente- In a large casserole dish, with a glass cover, put this in oven at 375 degrees for one half hour, to 45 minutes or until bubbly- Remove from oven,use some good oven mits, and remove cover and let cool for 5-10 minutes- it will be very hot, so be careful- It is great eating- IF you like more heat, add two tablespoons of crushed red pepper! 'OLE!!

Ponee, you never cease to amaze me- I somehow knew you would respond! But alas, you are correct about not having enough time in a day, there is only 168 hours in a week, and you just can't get more than that, and How I wish we could, but, that would make the day almost twice as long!! We'd probably drop dead before we got out of the grocery store!
