Winston disappeared the day Tony pleaded guilty to scamming hundreds, if not thousands, out of hard earned monies.
Problem is, the donations Ray gets goes to Tony to reimburse his victims. Tony will never sweat it, or work a day in his life to re-pay his victims. TNT members will do it for him.
