Antiwrinkle Smoothie Amazing-skin-blue-smoothie

Blue Smoothie

This smoothie is full of antioxidants, which are key to preventing wrinkles. Antioxidants repair and neutralize cells that have been damaged through time or wear and tear — the results, beautiful skin.

For the Smoothie:

In a blender combine two cups of coconut water, two cups of spinach, half a cup of wild blueberries (fresh or frozen) and one tablespoon of matcha powder.
Blend until smooth.

Serves 2

I absolutely LOVE Smoothies of all kinds and when they are packed full of natural healers EVEN BETTER !

Is this like the type of matcha you are looking for Toby1 http://amzn.to/1IEF3CC ? Maybe GoldieGirl has a better one.

Toby1, I think you can buy it on Amazon. I know some health food stores may carry it. I tend to go to Amazon for many things because it's easier to get it there and you can read the reviews. Other than that, you could trying googling some of the health food stores in your area and ask them if they carry some of these brands.

Also gelatin contains collagen so jello, knox gigglers or you can buy collagen at great lakes website or on amazon.

I got it at a supplier here in Canada. BTW you use the collagen powder in hot water and drink it. You don't add it to your face. Healing comes from the inside out.

I don't know which one is best. Just not sure I want one from Taiwan or China.

Was hoping to find one in the health food stores in the larger cities near me.

Doesn't look like a cheap product but then again anything holistic and healthy is not usually cheap. Be careful of the cheaper brands. They may be mixed with something else.

I was reading some of the reviews and questions for the ones on Amazon. One says that it's from Japan but the packaged stated it is from China...Whooah...no thank you. They even state in the Q&A it is from China.

Also what about the stuff coming from Japan? Are we worried about the radiation and the crops there?

Our Matcha powder is from China. We did a significant amount of research beforehand and we found a couple things about Matcha and Matcha drinkers. 1) Is that the price of ceremonial grade Matcha makes every day consumption very expensive and thus prohibitive
2) The radiation in Japan is still a real concern, especially for teas that are consumed through ingesting the whole leaf, of which Matcha is made.
We visited and received samples from dozens of farms in China, had them tested for purity and chose the one with the best results. Our goal was to offer a culinary grade Matcha that can be used everyday, is high in antioxidants and will not drain your monthly budget. Smile
