Lemon Grass might also be a good one,it has calming, boosts self esteem, and anti-depressant effects for starters. My wife wears it as perfume because she loves the smell, and finds that even the most agitated children calm down when she puts them on her lap. Part of that I think is the peace she carries in her spirit, but the Lemon Grass helps.
