there still has things to be decided and agreeed to in irq before the rv it is in iraqs hands and no one elses or it would have been done aready. monday is the next step with kuait releasing them for chp 7

I look at it this way ... there MAY still be things to be decided in Iraq before the RV ... Chapter 7 is IMO not absolutely necessary ... the RV could happen with or without ... as to the ministers, Erbl, etc.... we know what they want us to know ... remember the media there is pretty much under the control of the government ... all COULD be in place and just not revealed, or not, we have no way of being certain, at least not until the RV occurs.

Interesting perspectives to share. If you are not at the bank with a copy of the wire transfer in hand . . . It hasn't happened yet! Same idea as a bear in the woods . Would you hear it if you weren't there but know the noise it would make? Yes you would! I can't imagine that when this RV's that every member in the dinar community won't know about it in a nano-second!!!

the meeting was moved up from 31 to monday. i can agree that the newspoapers re controlled mostly by malaki and we here only what they want us to hear.that what makes this investment crazy you do not know all the truth or what must happen before it rv a real thriller to say the least
