I buy all of mine from my local bank, Bank of Oklahoma. I know this doesn't help you much. Try the larger banks that deal in foreign currency.

I am probably going to get mine through Buy A Little Dinar. I can get a small amount & they take e-checks. I called my bank regarding a bank wire (another option) and it is $75! No thanks, I will go the e-check route more than likely since for now they do not accept credit/debit cards.

And where do you go? For all it's faults you would be hard pressed to find a country that truly has the strength and freedom this country enjoys. Australia or New Zealand perhaps, Israel might be a good choice if you don't mind living in a state of war ... and if you have enough Jewish blood to get citizenship. Canada is just a little too socialistic for my taste ... Apologies to my friends to the North, but that's the way I see it, anywhere in Europe has bigger problems than us ... many countries a rift with corruption, or totalitarian, communist ... or just way to unstable ... sorry, I don't see a good alternative. With all it's warts and blemishes I can't think of a better country to live in.

I would cash out some and hold the rest. No way would it be staying at 1:1 - might take awhile but I can wait after my first cash out. Bills would be paid off and I could relax a bit.

I would exchange for 1:1 and NEVER look back. At this point I'd exchange at 10 cents, and I don't hold a lot of Dinar. (A mil, give or take)

Each decision it tied to one's individual needs and wants. Have to weigh the amount of $ needed to take care of the immediate things vs preparing for the future. Being almost 60 and having a wife that is partially disabled, how much I cash in would be first have to about finding her the best health care possible. I then move on taking care of family & few close friends in need then sock away enough to live on until I'm called home. I just read multi-billionaire,Mark Cuban's interview advice of what to do with a $100,000.00 windfall. He did not recommend buying any dinar. Guess he gets his financial advice from accredited financial advisors and not dinar hack-guru pumpers. And he certainly didn't get wealthy on the likes of their MLM schemes and scams. What a bunch of bottom-feeders Tony, Okie, Stryker, Frank26, the spirit ghost Saint Germaine and the rest of those jokers are. Jesus is coming and he's really pissed. What investors wouldn't cash in to regain their investment plus and then clean them out with buying more. It either goes to a decent value, or it becomes obsolete.

WOW...We have waited so long for this to happen, I would have to cash in and do as Tobiasfunke says...help the economy out! When the time is go, is the time the Lord has predestined it to happen for a reason. I believe it will be enough to make a difference, and I started with next to nothing. I would be ashamed to go to the foot of the throne, and say "Lord thank you for the pittance, but I think I will hold out for more"!

Interesting that this should pop up now. This is 2016 and we are still here and there has been no change. Hope springs eternal! Would you cash in NOW for ten cents per dinar? Most of us would and move on.

As for your bank account question. The banks don't care how many bank accounts you have with them as they look at it as just another way to add more service charges if an when needed. To them it is all digital.

I had a friend once that worked as a Maintenance man at a bank here in my town. We met once to have lunch together and he told me that just the other day he had to unload a whole pallet of forms for the bank from the pallet and store them in the bank. I asked what the forms were and he said they were "Over Draft letters" that they used to notify customers of overdraft charges to their account. When I asked about what kind of charge there was fro that action he told me that each letter would notify the customer that a $15.00 overdraft fee was charges to their account.

Imagine that! I was even more surprised is that the bank generally gets a new shipment of these forms about every other month or so as needed. The though of this alone is Mind boggling.
