I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAD SOME GOOD INFORMATION ON WARKA ACCOUNTS. I UNDERSTAND SOME, SUCH AS THE ABILITY TO PURCHASE IQD FROM THE CBI AT THIER RATE, WHICH IS A GREAT SAVINGS, ESP IF YOU WERE TO BUY SEVERAL MILLION AT A TIME. ALSO, IT SEEMS THAT I HAD HEARD OR MAYBE READ SOMEWHERE THAT ONCE THERE IS AN RV THAT IF IQD IS OWNED IN AN IRAQI BANK, SUCH AS WARKA, THAT THERE WOULD BE "NO SPREAD"! IF THIS IS TRUE THAT WOULD BE AWESOME! IS THERE ANYONE WHO COULD PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION AS TO WHETHER THIS IS INDEED ACCURATE; OR NOT. THANKS!

You will pay the 1170 rate buying IQD from the warka bank, SEE the CBI website. You will also have to file a 8939 IRS form for having that account for every year that you have the account if a US citizen. AJ

I have a Warka acct, would not recommend opening one at this point, one reason
is that i believe a civil war is possible.
